The primary bedroom inside has been redone to update the bathroom which has its own separate water heater and new plumbing to it. The entire house has been repainted on the inside. We updated the main living area and two bedrooms furniture. We put in new countertops in the kitchen. Added the wine fridge. Installed a new double oven that also acts as a microwave. Retiled the entire outside living area this year. Updated all lights and ceiling fans inside and out. Added outside speakers. Had the entire ceiling revarnished and sealed.
