Supplements: This supplement to 3-16 Hansen Bay describes the recent remodel of the main house. It was re-engineered & remodeled 2018-2019 with Udo Penter, Structural Engineer. The permit remains on file. The following list shows what was done: Structure - Re-stabilized the building with insertion of 3 steel posts, 6x6, from new hip roof down. There are two anchored to the foundation footings and one is anchored to the stone wall near the staircase. The posts are steel-plated to the new hip roof. Roof-New Galvalume, insulated, cypress cathedral ceiling with an "ice & water" shield treatment covering the outside of the cypress.
